Last day for registration!

With more than 1,000 participants and only three more weeks left, today is the last day for registration. The top five countries with the most registered participants are Sweden, Finland, Germany, Poland and Denmark, but we have strong representation from the whole Baltic Sea Region. We are also pleased that there is interest from outside the region, from Europe but in some cases as far away as Australia, USA, and Uruguay.

New high-level speakers
A recent addition to the programme is the former Prime Minister of Finland, Paavo Lipponen, as keynote speaker of the workshop ‘Perspectives for EU-Russia cooperation in the Baltic Sea Region’ on 9 November. Also, during the second day, the CEO of Rail Baltica joint venture, Baiba Rubesa, is a new speaker at the political seminar on smarter and more efficient implementation of the TEN-T corridors in the Baltic Sea Region – together with European Coordinator Catherine Trautmann, two Nordic Transport Ministers, Anne Berner, Finland, and Anna Johansson, Sweden, and Christian Gaebler, Permanent Secretary, Berlin´s Senate, Germany.

Macro-regional matchmaking
Do you want to discuss your project ideas and get feedback from Policy Area Coordinators and Horizontal Action Coordinators? Expand your network and share your thoughts on Vision 2030? Then macro-regional matchmaking is a possibility you cannot miss. Macro-regional matchmaking will take place in the Creative Lounge during both days. Check out the programme for more details.
